Shipping Policy

Exotic Pistol Grips ships to all 50 US states via US Postal Service and UPS Ground.  Products ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment.  All shipments come with US Postal Service Delivery Confirmation Receipt or tracking number from UPS.  Confirmation receipt will be sent via email once payment has been received.  For international shipping, please contact us. 

Shipping insurance is optional.  Buyer accepts all responsibility for any item if insurance is not obtained for the package.  

Returns Policy

Exotic Pistol Grips accepts returns for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping fees) within 7 days of receipt of product.Returned items must be shipped back with all necessary product packaging. For products made from mother of pearl, refunds are not available if the pistol is fired with the grips mounted.
